Shipping Charges

The shipping costs for individual orders are calculated at the checkout and will vary depending on the destination.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and once an order has been dispatched it may be subject to unforeseen courier or customs delays beyond our control.


Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information from the courier. 

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Mou will pay all customs charges and import duties on deliveries and there should be no additional fees for you to pay upon or after delivery.

Delivery can take between 2-6 business days and international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which could - in rare circumstances - cause delays.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped out of our warehouse. You’ll be given a tracking link, so you’ll be able to follow the package on the courier’s platform.

If you’re having issues when tracking your order, please reach out to clientcare@mou.com and our customer support assistant will be able to help you.

Please note that as our team is constantly making efforts to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to update your order upon request, either on items or delivery details.

Please send an email to clientcare@mou.com if the order was not sent out by the time our support assistant reads your request, he/she may be able to update it.
